In this writ petition, petitioners are seeking direction to the respondent-Authorities to consider the representation dated 14th October, 2024 (Annexure-V); inter alia sought for direction to the respondents to give effect to Annexures 'M', 'N', 'P' and 'Q' in incorporating the correct extent and the crops in the RTC pertaining to the land in question.
3. Heard Sri. Thimmaiah K.H.,
learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents.
4. Sri. Thimmaiah K.H., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner invited the attention of the Court to the details mentioned in the Crop Survey Report produced at Annexure-M as well as the entries made in the RTC in respect of the land in question and submitted that the respondent-Authorities have to rectify insofar as the dissimilarities as sought for in the representation filed by the petitioner. Accordingly, he sought for interference of this Court.
5. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the averments made in

the writ petition, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the representation dated 14th October, 2024 (Annexure-V) in accordance with law, within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of this order. Accordingly, writ petition is
