By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction against the respondents for implementation of the decision of the meeting held on 26.08.2006 vide order dated 14.09.2006 passed by the District Public Grievance and Vigilance Committee. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that inspite of passing of the aforesaid order, till date, the said order has not been implemented and the encroachment from the public land has not (2 of 2) [CW-13006/2010] been removed, therefore appropriate direction be issued for implementation of the aforesaid order. 3. None present on behalf of the respondents. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of by issuing a direction to the District Collector concerned to pass appropriate orders after providing an opportunity of hearing to all those who concerned with the matter. 5.
