The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No. 207 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. She further submits that the cognizance was taken on 17.06.2025 and charge was also framed on 13.08.2025 and the Petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.04.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the Petitioner. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid facts of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the above-named Petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A. Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ranchi, in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No. 207 of 2025. 6. It is made clear that the Petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in 2025:JHHC:30176 2 trial and if any adverse report will come against this Petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this Petitioner.
