Ms. Jahnavi Baruah 2. Mr. Imrul Hassan ORDER The case is taken up before the National Lok Adalat. The appellant, Oriental Insurance Company Limited, is represented by its duly authorized officials, namely, Mr. R. K. K. Sinha, Regional Manager, and R. C. Pathak, Manager. The claimant, namely, Anowar Hussain, is present in person along with his engaged counsel, Mr. M. Khan. It is submitted that the total awarded amount is Rs. 17,008/- (Rupees seventeen thousand eight) only. After negotiation, both the parties have Page No.# 4/4 mutually agreed to settle the matter for a sum of Rs. 17,000/- (Rupees seventeen thousand) only as a full and final settlement of the claim. Accordingly, the appellant/ Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. is hereby directed to deposit the amount of 17,000/- (Rupees seventeen thousand) only before the Registry of this Court within 1 (one) month from the date of the order and the claimant, namely, Anowar Hussain, is permitted to withdraw the same on being proper verification and identification. Statutory deposit, if any, shall be returned to the Insurance Company. The appeal stands disposed of in terms above. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
