1. Heard Mr. Aakash Aahuja, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Jitendra Shrivastava, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent / State.
2. The present transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
“It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and be pleased to KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN
2 transfer the criminal case No. 110/2019 from the Court of Hon’ble Court First Additional Sessions Judge Ambikapur to the another Additional Court or to the Court of District Judge, Ambikapur (C.G.) in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he seeks to withdraw the instant transfer application.
4. Learned State counsel has no objection.
