Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that already adequate police protection has been provided, while surveying the petitioner's land comprised in resurvey numbers S.No.407/1A to an extent of 1 hectare 11.75 ares and S.No.407/1B to an extent of 35.25 ares, situated at Siruvalur Village, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, Erode District.
