Sarma, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. R. Barua, learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party No. 1. Also heard Mr. H. S. Borah, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 6. This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for allowing him to take steps for service of notice upon the opposite party No. 5 at his residential address or alternatively, to allow the petitioner to substitute the address of the opposite party/respondent No. 5. in the writ petition. Ms. R. Barua, learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party No. 1 and Mr. H. S. Borah, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 6, submits that they have no objection in the event of allowing this application. Accordingly, taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, this interlocutory application stands allowed. The applicant is allowed to take steps upon the respondent No. 5 in his residential address.
