2. ` The case of the prosec.ution is that prior to 02.02.2025 at Rayalapeta Village, a report was lodged at the police station on 02.02.2025 at 5:00 p.m. ~® by the complainant, Y. Vama Reddy. He stated that in April 2023, while he visited. Rayalapeta along with his relative, M. Suryaprakash Reddy, for some banking-related work, he came into contact with Accused No.1, K. Chandra Babu of Rayalapeta, who introduced himself as a Stock Exchange Broker. Accused No.1 induced the complainant to believe that he could earn substantial profits through the share market if he invested money through him. Further, Accused No.2/Revathi (wife of Accused No.1), Accused No.3/K. Lakshmi Narayana, Accused No.4/Sreedhar, Accused No.5/Rajesh, Accused No.6 -K. Sukesh, and Accused No.7/K. Sivaiah, also made the complainant I believe that investing money with Accused` No.1 in the share market would yield good profI-tS. Believing their representations, the complainant paid a total amount of Rs.72,21,000/-to the accused in various instalments through bank accounts and PhonePe numbers provided by them. The accused later returned an amount of Rs.27,51,000/-to the complainan{, claiming it to be the profit earned from share market investments. Thereafter, the accused stopped responding to the complainant. Despite repeated requests for the return of his remai-ming money, the accused kept postponing repayment. Finally, on 09.08.2024 at Punganur,, Accused No.1 and Accused No.8 informed the a complainant that his money had been used in cricket betting and was lost.
They also threatened him with dire consequences, stating that they would kill \` `\`

Sri Siva Nagarjuna Sidhadapu, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, Submits that the Petitioner has not committed any offence; she was falsely I-mPliCated in this case; she is sole bread winner of her a family; she I'S ready abide any conditions to be imposed by this court, and i{ is urged to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners/Accused Mos.2, 416to8and11. 4. Per confra, Ms, P.A-kila Naidu, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, opposed in granting of pre-arrest bail stating that I-nvestiga{ion is not completed; if the petitioners are enlarged on pre- arrest bail, they would not be available for the investigation and they will repeat the same offence; and it is urged {o dismiss the bail application. 5. Perused the record. 6. As seen from the record, the nature of allegations leveled against the petitioners/Accused Nos.2, 4, 6 to 9 anc{ ll, pr7'ma faC,'e, Will not fall under the category of organized crime, but fall under the category of the offence which is liable for punishment of less than seven (o7) years. 4 Dr.YLR, J Crl.P.No.7601 of2025 Dated 31.07.2O25

As far as criminal petition on behalf of Accused No.9/Petitioner No.6 is concerned, it is dismissed as not pressed. 8, Considering the nature of the allegations leveled against the I petitioners/Accused Nos.2, 4, 6 {o 8 and ll, their alleged role played in this case, this Court deems it fit to grant pre-arrest bail {o the petitioners/Accused Nos.2, 4, 6 to 8 and ,ll. 9.
In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed with the following conditions: i. In the event of their arrest, the petitioners/Accused Nos.2, 4, 6 to 8 and ll shall be enlarged on bail subject to they ,executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties for the lI'ke Sum each tO the Sail-SfaCtiOn Of the arresting police offl'cials; ii. The petitioners/Accused Nos.2, 4, 6 {o 8 and ll shall make themselves avaI-Iable for investigation as and when required; iii.
