2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 18424/2025 The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the Respondent No.2 passing the
Order vide in Rc.No.11804/2021/D4, dated 10.10.2024 surrendering the Petitioner to the service providing agency-APCOS, Vijayawada on the ground that certain complaints were raised against the Petitioner with regard to collection of VLT amount, Unassessed Vacant Lands Tax and showing illustrated sheds in the vacant lands etc., causing loss to the Respondent Corporation, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is innocent of any allegation against her and though the impugned order speak of an enquiry against the allegations of the Petitioner, but nothing has been crystallized so far. He further submits that the Petitioner is the sole earning member of the family with two young children and the impugned order hits the livelihood of the Petitioner.
3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the allegations against the Petitioner are grave and the impugned order is only
3 surrendering the services of the Petitioner to the APCOS and the APCOS can depute her to any other suitable post. Considering the
submissions made and taking into
consideration the family scenario of the Petitioner, Respondent Authorities are directed to consider the case of the Petitioner for re-engagement through APCOS in any suitable post in the Respondent Corporation.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
