This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in conducting Oral/Departmental enquiry with the similar charge simultaneously along with the Criminal Case in S.C.No.201 of 2019 on the file of the Court of VIII th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District is arbitrary, unreasonable and accordingly to defer the Oral/Departmental Enquiry till the disposal of the Criminal Case in S.C.No.201 of 2019 on the file of the Court of the VIII th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nellore, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District and to pass such other order or orders……”

2. Sri K.Muralidhar Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the relief has become infructuous and petition may be disposed of.

Learned counsel for the respondents is in attendance.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since relief has become infructuous. No order as to costs.
