Ms. Sneh Bhimta, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the non- applicant/appellant. 2. This application has been moved by the applicant/respondent for release of the awarded amount in terms of decision rendered in Arb. Appeal No.33 of 2024 (National Highway Authority of India Versus Chanchala), decided alongwith connected matters on 17.10.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the non-applicant/appellant submits that the judgment rendered in the case on 17.10.2024 has not been assailed by the non-applicant/ appellant. 4. In view of submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant/appellant about the judgment dated 17.10.2024 having not been assailed and the fact that more than ten months have now gone by from the said decision, there appears to be no impediment in allowing this application for release of the amount in terms thereof in favour of the applicant/respondent. 5. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Amount falling to the credit of the applicant/respondent and lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, in terms of the said decision, is ordered to be released in her favour alongwith up to date interest.
