“It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash criminal proceedings initiated against the petitioners in criminal case no. 305/2016 pending before the Ld. Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pandariya, Distt. Kabirdham (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 498-A/34 of IPC on the basis of compromise settled between the parties, in the interest of justice accordingly.”
2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of Criminal Case No. 305/2016, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court.
