The impugned order is passed under the provisions of the Act of 1972. Against the said order, the appeal remedy is available to the petitioner. No grounds are made out to - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:21001 WP No. 15852 of 2025 by-pass the statutory remedy of the appeal available under the Act of 1972. 3. Under these circumstances, the petition is dismissed. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority under the Act of 1972. 4. The time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition i.e., from 23.04.2025 till this date has to be excluded in computing the limitation, if any. 5.
