The order dated 28th November, 2025 passed by the Special Commissioner & Competent Authority under the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972 filed by the learned advocate for the petitioners and the affidavit of compliance filed by the learned advocate representing the contemnor be retained with the records. 2. Affidavit of compliance has been handed over to the learned advocate representing the petitioners in Court today. 3. It appears that the contemnor has taken step to comply the direction passed by the Court. An opportunity of hearing has provided to the parties and an order has been passed on 28th November, 2025. 4. The petitioners are aggrieved by the said order passed by the contemnor. 2 5. I am afraid that in the contempt jurisdiction, the legality and validity of the order passed by the authority cannot be gone into. 6. In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of. 7. It will be open for the petitioners to challenge the order passed by the contemnor before the competent forum in accordance with law, if so advised. 8.
