As per his belief, he would have scored 48 marks. Respondents No.1 & 2 in their reply have, inter alia, pleaded that while answering Question No.118 on the OMR Answer-sheet, the petitioner did not properly follow the instructions and marked the answer at two places, therefore, the OMR scanner rightly considered this question as the wrong answer. In view of the instructions in the question 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes booklet, more than one answer to one question would lead to taking that answer as wrong. Changing, cutting, overwriting and erasing of answer, was also to be treated as wrong answer. 2. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition. Prayer is accepted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
