1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was working as Upper Division Teacher ((E cadre) and was posted at Government Middle School, Junashahar, Kota, District Bilaspur. Vide
order dated 01.05.2025 he has been promoted on the post of Headmaster but his place of posting has been shown as Government Middle School, Chaparwa, Lormi, District Mungeli. He would further submits that the petitioner is differently abled by 45 percent and as per the Circular issued by the State Government dated 15.04.2025 the employees who was differently abled should have been posted at Junashahar itself because the post is vacant after retirement of earlier Headmaster on 30.04.2025 for which he has made a representation to the respondent No.2 on 05.05.2025 but the same has not been decided till date. He would further submits that at present the post of Headmaster at Government Middle School, Junashahar is still vacant and the petitioner may be permitted to make his fresh representation to the respondent No.2 raising his grievance which may be decided by the respondent No.2 in stipulated time frame in accordance with law under the relevant rules.

Learned counsel for the respondent/State has no objection in such a direction is being is made to decide the representation of the petitioner if he filed afresh to the respondent No.2.

Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and further in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to move his fresh representation raising his grievances before the respondent No.2 within one week from today and if such a representation would file before the respondent No.2 the
3 same shall be decided within further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation along with the copy of this order, by the respondent No.2 in accordance with law on its own merits. Keeping in view the relevant rules and circulars issued by the State Government.
