Page No.# 2/3 Borthakur, learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State respondent. 2. This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the accused petitioner, namely, Anup Kr. Das praying for grant of bail in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No. 56/2025, under Sections 308(2)/319(2)/351(2) of BNS, 2023. The accused person was arrested on
03.11.2025. 3. The FIR dated 25.10.2025 was lodged by one Mustak Md Akram with the allegation that the owner of mobile number 94354-33873 asked for Rs.1,00,000/- from him representing himself to be from the CM Vigilance Cell. 4. The learned counsel has drawn my attention to the forwarding report, in which, it is stated that the informant was compelled to transfer Rs.50,000/- IPhone-10 contending that the same was not mentioned in the FIR. It is submitted that the petitioner has spent sufficient time in custody and out of which, he has also been police remand for 5 days. 5. The case diary has been received. 6. The learned Addl. P.P. has submits that the Investigation has found force in the allegations and that the transfer of the amount of Rs.50,000/- has been confirmed by the investigation and such transfers have been found with regard to other persons also. 7. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is false, as the informant knows the identity of the accused person. The I/O has also submitted a bail objection and I have perused the same. 8. Therefore, I find force in the contention of the I/O in the bail objection as well as the submissions of the learned Addl. P.P. that perhaps at this stage, the interest of investigation may be in refusing bail. In such view of the matter the

Accordingly, this bail application stands disposed of. 10. Send back the case diary. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
