The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lesliganj P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 630 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Smt. Shikha Agrawal, learned Judicial Magistrate, Palamau. On 23.01.2024 at about 6:20 P.M., motorcycle of the informant parked outside vegetables market, Lesliganj was stolen by unknown persons. It was submitted that the stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the co-accused Tarachand Kumar. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused Tarachand Kumar, who has been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Shikha Agrawal, learned Judicial Magistrate, Palamau or her successor, in connection with Lesliganj P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 630 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
