It is informed by the learned counsel for the parties that the order of NHRC has been affirmed by the Apex Court vide order dated 06.11.2024 in Writ Petition (Civil) No.1294 of 2020 and the Apex Court has also granted compensation of Rs.25 lacs, and directed for registration of F.I.R. The copy of the order of the Apex Court dated 6.11.2024 is taken on record. 3. Since, the controversy involved in the present petition has already been decided by the Apex Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No.1294 of 2020, therefore, in view of the judgement of the Apex Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No.1294 of 2020, no cause of action survives in the present petition. 4.
