ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“.... to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 4th respondent in passing the Resolution dated 23.10.2019 as subject No.1 in demoting the petitioner as Accountant from the cadre of chief Executive Officer of the respondent No.3 Society without any notice or prior approval from the 1st respondent Government is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the Instructions vide circular memorandum no.1650/2019A dated 28.08.2019 of 2nd respondent besides Section 32(7)(b) of A.P.Cooperative Societies Act 1964 apart from violation of Articles 14, 16, 19 and 309 Constitution of India and consequently, direct the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to stay of all further and consequential proceedings pursuant to the resolutions dated 23.10.2019 and to pass.....”
