This is an application filed u/s 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of Page No.# 2/2 pre-arrest bail to the petitioner namely, Samim Ahmed in connection with Basistha P.S Case No. 472/2025 u/s 183(2)/115(2)/117(2)/109 of the BNS, 2023. 3. The petitioner was granted interim bail on 22.09.2025 pursuant to which he is stated to have appeared before the I/O and got his statements recorded. 4. Mr. D.P Goswami, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam submits that charge-sheet has been submitted vide charge-sheet No. 531/2025 dated 08.12.2025. 5. In view of the same, the interim pre-arrest bail vide order dated 22.09.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that : (i)The petitioner shall be available for trial. (ii) The petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 6. Bail petition stands allowed and disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
