Barbhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This application has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Motinur Hoque under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking bail in connection with Pragjyotishpur P.S. Case No.106/2025 under Sections Page No.# 2/2 75/64/62 of the BNS, 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No.4100/2025. 3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he entered into the house of the victim and attempted to commit rape upon her but, on her shouting he fled away. 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that Charge-Sheet has already been filed in the month of August, 2025 vide Charge-Sheet No.86/2025 dated 29.08.2025. 5. With regard to the nature of allegations, also the fact that the accused is in detention for 96 days, further detention of the petitioner may not be necessary. 6. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is allowed. 7. It is hereby directed that the petitioner, Motinur Hoque, who was arrested in connection with Pragjyotishpur P.S. Case No.106/2025 shall be released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup(M) at Guwahati. 8.
