In the present petition, the challenge is to the impugned orders dated 11.02.2020 (Annexure P-6) and 02.08.2022 (Annexure P-8) vide which, respondent No. 1 has been held entitled to get an amount of Rs.47,334/- as remaining balance from the service benefits of husband of respondent No. 1 namely, Khajanchi Lal (since deceased). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the present petition, respondent No.1 has died and no legal heirs of respondent No. 1 have been impleaded so far for contesting the impugned orders dated 11.02.2020 (Annexure P-6) and 02.08.2022 (Annexure P-8) by which, the respondent No. 1 was granted the benefits of Rs.47,334/-. 3.
