GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following ORDER: Heard Sri P.Kameswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B V Satyanaryana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 4. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent is not considering and disposing of the Form VIA application vide No.MLPM250513009244 dated 13.05.2025 regarding updation of record of rights of an extent of Ac.1-10 cents in Sy.No.15/2 and Ac.3-26 cents in Sy.No.172-2 at Chillangi Village, Kirlampudi Mandal, Kakinada District. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of an extent of Ac.1-10 cents in Sy.No.15/2 and Ac.3-26 cents in Sy.No.172-2 at Chillangi Village, Kirlampudi Mandal, 3 Kakinada District. Petitioner got the said properties by way of testament dated 05.07.1989 executed by Pakanati Annapurna in favour of petitioner’s father. The petitioner made an application under Form VI-A as per Rule 18 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989 (Ex.P.1). However, the 4th respondent has not considered the said application. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions of 4th respondent, would submit that the 4th respondent will consider the application made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing the 4th respondent to consider the application made by the petitioner vide No.MLPM250513009244 dated 13.05.2025 regarding updation of record of rights in respect of Ac.1-10 cents in Sy.No.15/2 and Ac.3-26 cents in Sy.No.172-2 at Chillangi Village, Kirlampudi Mandal, Kakinada District strictly by following the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act and the Rules made thereunder within two (2) months. No order as to costs.
