It appears from the case diary that the CCTV footage clearly reveals the role of the present petitioner in the kidnapping and confinement of the informant. The witnesses have also implicated the petitioner. Having regard to the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the gravity of the offence, the prayer for pre-arrest bail stands rejected. The case diary is sent back.
