Photocopy of Matriculation Certificate indicating his Date of Birth as 27.10.2006, has been placed on record, which indicates that he has attained majority on 27.10.2024. In view of above, applicant-respondent No.1(c)- Mohammed Rihan is permitted to represent himself in his own capacity and his natural guardian/mother respondent No.1 (a) Parveen Akhtar, is discharged from representing him. Application stands disposed of. CMP No.13493 of 2025 This application has been filed for release of compensation amount in favour of applicant/respondent No.1(c). Main appeal stands decided on 26.02.2021. No objection has been communicated on behalf of the non-applicants/respondents for allowing the application. In view of the above, present application is allowed and amount of compensation falling in share of the applicant/respondent No.1, alongwith proportionate interest, in terms of final judgment is ordered to be released in his favour, as per his entitlement and according to his share, by remitting the same in his bank account, mentioned in para-5 of the application, photocopy of front page of Pass Book whereof has been annexed with this application.
