Suman Nadesan Unni, petitioner in person submits that the instant review petition has been filed by her on the ground that while allowing the Writ Appeal No. 305/2025 filed by the respondent Nos.1 to 4 herein vide order dated 08.05.2025, she, though was made as a party respondent, was not heard, hence, the order dated 08.05.2025 passed in Writ Appeal No. 305/2025 be reviewed and recalled and the said appeal be heard on merits. 3. From perusal of the order under review, it transpires that while passing the said order, the petitioner-in-person, who was respondent No.4 in the said appeal was not heard and her rights have been prejudiced. 4. Accordingly, the instant review petition is allowed. The order dated 08.05.2025 passed in Writ Appeal No. 305/2025 is recalled and the matter be restored to its original number and be listed for fresh consideration on 12.09.2025.
