The instant application has been preferred seeking the impleadment of the following persons : · Mrs. L. Sweety Changsan, IAS Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Assam, Revenue &Disaster Management Department. Assam Secretariat, Dispur, Guwahati-06. · Shri Jayant Narlikar, IAS, Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Finance Department. Assam Secretariat, Dispur, Guwahati-06. as respondent no. 12 and respondent no. 13 in the accompanying contempt petition, Cont.Cas[C] no. 65/2016. The accompanying contempt petition, Cont.Cas[C] no. 65/2016 has been filed alleging non-compliance of the direction made in a Judgment and Order dated 16.07.2015. 4. The applicant-petitioner has explained the reasons for which the impleadment of the afore-stated two persons is necessary in Paragraph-4 of the application. 5. I have gone through the statements and averments made in the application, more particularly, in Paragraph – 4 thereof. Having gone through the same, I am of the considered view that for adjudication of the accompanying contempt petition, the impleadment of the afore-stated two persons is necessary. Accordingly, the instant application is allowed. 6. The learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner shall file an amended Cause-Title in terms of the Notification no. 79 dated 19.06.2023 before the Registry, within 3 [three] Page No.# 3/3 working days from today. 7. In the event of submission of the amended Cause-Title, the Registry shall carry out the necessary correction in the Cause-Title. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
