ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….issue, a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent herein for not respecting the orders of the 2nd respondent through vide Dis.No.364/N1-RTI/2019 dated 23.09.2019 by conducting an enquiry is nothing but callous, disobedience, arbitrary and illegal and also depriving my rights to live and live with dignity as guaranteed under Articles 19 and 21 Constitution of India consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to take appropriate departmental action against the 3rd respondent and 6th respondents herein for manhandling the petitioner on 24.09.2017 by the 6th respondent and his relatives under the lenses of CCTV in the 5th respondent Police Station and pass…”
2. Heard Sri V.Surendra Reddy, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the passage of time, at this juncture, the petitioner may be given liberty to approach concerned Disciplinary Authority or District Police Authority, whichever is convenient for the petitioner for necessary redressal in accordance with law.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the writ petition is closed at the stage of admission, without going into merits of the allegations, giving liberty to the petitioner either Disciplinary Authority or District Police Authority, whichever is convenient for the petitioner for necessary redressal in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
