Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs: - “(i) To quash and set-aside the impugned order dated 17-08- 2024 (Annexure P-18) and impugned order dated 03-03-2025 (Annexure P-20) passed by the respondents against the principle of natural justice ignoring the facts and circumstances of the case. ii) To pay the subsistence allowances/salary for the period 08/2021, 03/2023 to 06/2023, 05/2024 to 10/2024 and for 05/2025 to 07/2025 to the petitioner which has not been paid to the petitioner for no fault of the petitioner in violation of Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India.” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 2. In view of the nature of penalty imposed upon the petitioner by the Disciplinary Authority on 17.08.2024 (Annexure P- 18) and affirmed by the Appellate Authority on 03.03.2025 (Annexure P-20), learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pleadings in the petition are defective, therefore, petitioner be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh, in accordance with law, with proper pleadings and with appropriate reliefs. 3.
