ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representations of the petitioner dated 14.06.2025 and 07.07.2025 for providing police protection to perform the agricultural operations in RS.No.133/1, admeasuring Ac.1.70 cents of Velagapadu village and Panchayat, T.Narasapuram Mandal, West Godavari District which is highly illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to provide police protection to the petitioners by considering their representations 14.06.2025 and 07.07.2025 forthwith and pass…”
2. Heard Sri Eluru Sesha Mahesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that the petitioners as well as the unofficial respondents are claiming the title over the subject property and as per the information communicated by the In-Charge Police out post, Government Hospital, Head Quarters, Eluru on 31.08.2024, a Criminal Case vide FIR No.225 of 2024 under Section 118 (1) r/w 3(5) BNS has been registered by the respondent-Police for the act of voluntary hurt and criminal intimidation that occurred on 29.08.2024 between both the parties. Further, regarding the said incident, the Police had not received any complaint or any
representation from the petitioners for taking any action and requested to dispose of the writ petition.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter before appropriate forum
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, since the Police have not received any representation from the petitioners, the petitioners are at liberty to submit a fresh representation to the respondent-Police duly explaining their grievance and after receipt of such representation, the respondent-Police are directed to act in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
