2. This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the
Page No.# 2/2 petitioner, namely, Dibyakanti Laskar @ Deep Laskar @ Dibya seeking pre- arrest bail in connection with Karimganj PS Case No. 451/2025 under Sections 281/324(4)/125(b)/109/117(2)/ 304(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 (corresponding to G.R. Case No.1392/2025).
3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the matter was settled and no injury has been caused to any person, but out of grudge the informant has lodged the instant FIR. It is further submitted that the petitioner is working in Bangalore in a multinational company as Sales Manager and his arrest will cause severe harm to his career and reputation
4. The learned Addl. P.P., on perusal of the injury report submits that the injuries on the informant and others were found simple in nature.
5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is allowed.
6. Accordingly, the order of interim pre-arrest bail dated 03.11.2025, is hereby made absolute upon the same conditions.
7. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application stands allowed and disposed of.
