The Petitioner was qualified in B.A. Examination in the year, 2016 and thereafter, passed Technical Teachers’ Certificate in Higher Grade in Tailoring and Embroidery in the year 2013. While so, on the basis of her qualifications, the Pestitioner joined as Part Time instructor (Work Education) Craft Post in Respondent No.7-School in the year 2015 and continued till 2022. In the interregnum, the husband of the Petitioner expired in the year 2016 and on account of the ill-health of the daughter of the Petitioner, she had to attend on her at Bangalore and it was in that context, she could not attend work. Subsequently, after the recovery of the daughter’s health, the Petitioner submitted representations to re-engage her into service vide representations referred above. As they were not being considered, the present writ petition is 2. filed. Learned Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the representation of the Petitioner was considered by passing a speaking order vide Lr.Rc.No.1102-A2(SS)/2025 dated 15.07.2025. 3. 4 Having heard the respective counsels, there is no dispute to the Petitioner’s ability and qualification in discharging her work as Part Time Instructor and she successfully discharged from 2015 to 2022. The reason given by the Petitioner for her disability to attend the job of a teacher was on account of her daughter’s ill health and the same is not in dispute even in the order of rejection, dated 15.07.2025. Considering the contractual nature of employment and fact that the Petitioner suffered family problems, there is no hindrance for her case to be considered by the Respondent authorities 4. positively. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent authorities to reconsider the case of the Petitioner for employment as Part Time Instructor as there is no financial loss.
