Judgment and order dated September 22, 2025 was mentioned at the behest of the appellant yesterday and the same was placed in the list today. 2. There is error apparent on the face of the judgment and order dated September 22, 2025. 3. In paragraph-44 we set aside the impugned judgement and order. However, in paragraph-45 we recorded that, appeal along with the connected applications are dismissed. 4. Appeal is at the behest of the State and its functionaries who are aggrieved by the impugned judgment and order which we set aside. 5. Consequently, the recording in paragraph-45 “MAT 861 of 2024 along with all connected applications are dismissed without any order as to cost” should be replaced with the following: MAT 861 of 2024 is allowed and the application made by the writ petitioner being CAN/2/2025 is dismissed without any order as to cost. 2 6.
