Ltd. is represented by its duly authorized official, namely, Mr. Rajendra Dutta, Legal Manager. The Claimants, namely, Soma Timsina; Prag Ratna Timsina and Anurag Timsina, are present in person, along with their engaged counsel, Mr. M. Khan. It is submitted that the total awarded amount was Rs. 8,02,300/- Page No.# 3/3 (Rupees Eight Lakh Two Thousand Three Hundred Only), which has already been paid. After further negotiations, both parties have mutually agreed to settle the matter for an additional amount of Rs. 7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakh Only), as full and final settlement of the claim. Accordingly, The Shriram General Insurance Co. Ltd., is hereby directed to deposit the additional settled amount of Rs. 7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakh Only), before the Registry of this Court, within one month from the date of this order. Out of the total deposited amount, Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) each shall be released to the sons of the deceased, Prag Ratna Timsina and Anurag Timsina, and the remaining balance of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Only) shall be released to the wife of the deceased, Soma Timsina. The Claimants are permitted to withdraw their respective shares from the deposited amount upon proper verification and identification.
