Heard Mr. U.K. Das, learned counsel for the accused applicant. Also heard Mr. K.K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the accused applicant, namely, Montu Rahang praying for grant of bail in connection with Dispur P.S Case No. 537/2025 registered under Section 75(1)/76 of BNS, 2023, R/W Section 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (G.R Case No.3203/2025). 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the charge-sheet has been filed in the instant case vide charge-sheet No.490/2025 dated 29.10.2025. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that he should be allowed to appear before the trial court for appropriate relief. 5. The instant application is closed and the accused applicant is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for appropriate relief. 6. Accordingly, this instant bail petition stands disposed of.
