:: ORDER ::
The above contempt case is filed complaining about the non- implementation of the order dated 04.09.2023 in W.P.No.18159 of 2023. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. 3. W.P.No.18159 of 2023 was filed to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not disposing of the application made by the petitioner dated 03.06.2020, for deletion of land of an extent of Ac.0.58 cents in Sy.No.183/2A, situated in Sankepalli Village, Kondapuram Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, from the list of prohibited properties, maintained under Section 22-A(1) (C) of Registration Act. The said writ petition was disposed of on 04.09.2023. The operative portion of the order dated 04.09.2023 reads as follows:
“Since the necessary reports are with 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent shall pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law

considering the reports of the concerned officers within a period of two months from today and communicate the same to the petitioner.
The respondents 5 & 6 shall submit report, if any required by the 2nd respondent in this regard.”
4. In the affidavit, it was averred that the order dated 04.09.2023 was not complied with. 5. Sri K.M. Krishna Reddy, learned counsel appearing for respondents submitted the proceedings of Commissioner, Endowments Department vide Lr.in Rc.No.M3/19024(35)/11/2022, dated 30.08.2024 and would contend that the order has been complied with. 6. A perusal of the proceedings referred to supra, would indicate that the property of the petitioner of an extent of Ac.0.58 cents in Sy.No.183/2, situated in Sankepalli Village, Kondapuram Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, was deleted from the list of prohibited properties under Section 22-A(1)(C) of Registration Act. Further, the District Collector communicated the same to the District Registrar. The District Registrar, in turn, addressed a letter to the District Collector vide letter No.G1/1549/2024, dated 20.11.2024, deleting the property as referred supra, from the online CCA of prohibited property list. Thus, the order dated 04.09.2023 in W.P.No.18159 of 2023, has been complied with. 7. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
