After short argument, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with submission that investigating agencies/police be directed to investigate this case qua petitioner on the point that he was not present at place of occurrence on 12.02.2025 at about 6:15 P.M. which makes allegation apparently false as raised against him. 3.
