Heard Sri P.Narasimhulu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. When the matter came up for admission on 15.12.2020, this Court has passed the following interim order: “In the meanwhile, there shall be a direction to the respondent-police officials not to summon the petitioner to the police station without there being any case registered against him.” 4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the light of the Interim Order dated 15.12.2020, the respondent-Police are not calling the petitioner to the Police Station and by recording the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to dispose of the present petition. 5. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents is in attendance. 6. Recording the same, the Writ petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station in the absence of any crime registered without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
