GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 4 to 6 in interferering with the civil dispute by way threatening the petitioners to register the land bearing LP No. 13/2015, R.S. No. 194/3, 195/2, 3A, 3B in Kurumaddali village, Pamarru Mandal, Krishna District by using their official positions as bad, arbitrary and all cannons of law particularly Art.14 and 21 of constitution of India.” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, the Petitioners are called by the Police only for the purpose of preliminary enquiry. 3. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder: “It is further submitted that Petitioners No.1 and 2 have alleged that Respondent No.416 threatened them.
