Thereafter, the authorities again incorporated the name of the petitioner’s husband in respect of Ac.0-38 cents in Sy.No.157/4. The petitioner made representations on 03.11.2023, 20.11.2023 and 05.02.2025. However, the same has not been considered.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the 4**^ respondent witl consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, duly considering the earlier 1B-ROR dated 25.06.2016 and 23.07.2018 in respect of the petitioner’s land. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is
disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the learned 4**^ respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner regarding mutation of her name in revenue records in the place of her deceased husband in respect of Ac.0-38 cents in Sy.No. 157/4 at Konda Tamarapalli Village, Gantyada Mandal, Vizianagaram District by following the procedure as expeditiously as possible preferably within two (2) months. No order as to costs.
