1. The limited prayer made by the petitioner in this petition is for a direction to the respondent No.6 to decide his pending representation dated 23.05.2025 (Annexure P/8) within a reasonable period.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that vide order dated 22.11.2022 he was appointed as Computer Operator (Temporary) and was posted at Paddy Procurement Centre, Dongariya, District Mungeli, however till date he has not been permitted to join on the said post for which he filed his representation but till date the same has not been decided. Therefore, the respondent No.6 may be directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously.
3. The submission made by the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the opposite side.

Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the parties, the respondent No.6 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 23.05.2025 (Annexure P/8) on its own merits preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
