When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the police have not received any complaint dated 12.10.2020 as alleged by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of, by giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies according to law. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before appropriate forum according to law.
