His statement is taken on record and also with the efflux of time, instant petition has become infructuous. In view of the above, proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed as having been rendered infructuous. Contempt notices shall stand withdrawn. It is, however, made clear that in case any surviving cause of action exists, the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy as may be admissible under law.
