It is submitted that the parties have amicably settled the matter for a sum of Rs. 9, 75,000/- (Rupees nine lakh seventy-five thousand only), out of which an amount of Rs. 5, 51,000/-(Rupees five lakh fifty one thousand) has already been paid. The balance amount of Rs. 4, 24,000/-(Rupees four lakh twenty four thousand) shall be paid towards the full and final settlement of the claimant by the appellants. 3. The claimant is at liberty to withdraw the settlement amount of Rs. 4, 24, 000/- (Rupees four lakh twenty four thousand) before the Registry of this Court upon proper identification and verification of the relevant documents. 4.
