A perusal of the materI®al aVal®lable on recordgoes to show that on credible information, police arrested A2 and A3 and seized 22.690kgs of ganja from thel'r possession. petitioners were arrested on 18.9.2024 and sl'nce then they have been in judjcjal remand. The petitioners are in judicl'al remand for more than 125 days. Learned Assistant public prosecutor submitted that there are no antecedents l'nsofar as these petitioners are concerned and major portl'on of ,Invest,'gation has been completed. 7. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, thl's court is I'nCIjned to grant ba" to the petI-tiOners herein, on the following COnditl'ons.
