JUSTICE KARDAK ETE ORDER Date : 10-11-2025 Heard Mr. S.P. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. R. Borpujari, learned Standing Counsel, Finance and Ms. B. Deka, learned counsel for the respondents No. 1, 2 and 6. This is an application praying for impleadment of the State Council of Educational Research and Training, Assam,(SCERT), Assam as party respondent in the connected writ petition being WP(C) 6622/2024. The applicant by filing the connected writ petition has put to challenge the action of the respondent authorities in placing him under New Pension Scheme. During the course of argument, it was noticed that the SCERT, Assam would be a necessary party for proper adjudication of the matter. Accordingly, the present application has been filed seeking impleadment of the SCERT, Page No.# 3/3 Assam as party respondent No.8. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and also considering that the SCERT, Assam, who is sought to be impleaded as party respondent No.8, is a necessary party for proper adjudication of the matter, I deem it appropriate to allow this I.A. Accordingly, the SCERT, Assam is allowed to be impleaded as respondent No.8 in the connected writ petition. I.A. stands allowed and disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
