In view of this, as well as the fact that as per the compromise effected between the parties before the Bench of National Lok Adalat, the amount was to be released to the applicant, the present application is allowed and the amount is ordered to be released to the applicant by remitting the same to his bank account, details whereof have been furnished in para-3 of the application.
