The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“.... to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of the Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in granting only Rs.4,00,000/ to retired employees and their spouses for medical treatment vide circular No.PD11/2017 dt.21.06.2017 under APSRTC employees medical scheme as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondent corporation to provide medical Aid without any limit of expenditure to petitioner for all his future ailments during his life time.”
