JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH O R D E R 03.12.2025 This is an application filed by the applicant to implead the Superintendent of Police, Chief Minister's Vigilance Cell as the Respondent No.4 to the accompanying writ petition. 2. This Court has duly taken note of the orders which have been passed in the accompanying writ petition and also heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as the other respondents. Upon hearing, it is the opinion of this Court that instead of the Superintendent of Police, Chief Minister's Vigilance Cell being arrayed as the Respondent No.4, the Chief Minister's Vigilance Cell should be arrayed as a party to the instant proceedings. 3. Accordingly, this Court therefore impleads the Chief Minister's Vigilance Cell, Assam having its office at Swatantra Senani Bhawan, Rupnagar, Guwahati-781022, as the Respondent No.4 to the accompanying writ petition. 4. The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to file a fresh Memo of Parties before the Registry of this Court within 7 days from today. On the basis of the said Memo of Parties and Page No.# 4/4 the order passed herein, the Registry shall make necessary correction in the cause title and update the same in the CIS. 5. Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
